I started working with Arianna in March 2008 after having spinal surgery last year. I needed to strengthen my back muscles and get back into shape and thought the best thing would be to have a personal trainer to push me along.

I see Arianna once a week and she has put together an extensive workout programme that incorporates a lot of back strenghtening exercises in it. I have also increased my overall fitness and have gradually started to lose weight which has been another key goal of mine.

I find Arianna’s approach to my getting fit plan very flexible and varied. She is very encouraging: she has always encouraged me to carry on with my training sessions. She is also a very friendly person and this helps when you have to work closely with someone and they are telling you what to do. It never feels like a chore when going for my training sessions and I value the skills and expertise that Arianna has shown each session I have had with her.

I first came across Arianna whilst pregnant with my second child and badly in need of trying to fit some exercise into my daily routine. Session after session, she helped me develop strength and relieve pressure on various parts of my body.

Since the birth, Arianna has constantly strived to adapt and vary the exercises to fit my changing levels of fitness. She was also able to work around the two babies scrambling around and they felt so comfortable with her that it is as if she was part of the family ( in fact my husband also started training with her ).

Training with Arianna helped me a great deal with getting back into shape, at times where pressures of childcare and going back to work can make it really hard to fit exercise into the daily grind.
