Originally graduating in dance from London’s Urdang Academy, Arianna is now a highly respected personal trainer whose career includes positions with Virgin Active, LA Fitness and UCS Active. She regularly works with celebrity and famous clients, recently including Bill Nighy and Sheridan Smith.

Her specialisms include Mat and reformer pilates, strength and conditioning, body sculpt, boxercise, dance fitness, kettlebells training and pre- and post-natal fitness.

Greg Sulzmann


YMCA: Supervising Exercise with Disabled People; Certificate in Advanced Exercise and Fitness Knowledge; Certificate in Nutrition & Weight Management; Certificate in Personal Training. 

Other qualifications include: CrossFit Strength & Conditioning Coach; Kettlebell Athletics Coach; Function Movement Screen; Animal Flow; Precision Nutrition; Intrinsic Biomechanics Trainer; Roger Gracie 3rd degree Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Greg specialises in Strength & Conditioning, Biomechanics, Pre & Post natal, Postural correction, Weight loss & body toning, Nutrition and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Greg has worked for Portobello Green, Equinox and also has 9 years experience as a freelance personal trainer.

Greg competes regularly in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and won gold in his category at the IBJJF London International Open 2015.

Elisangela Mahogany

Highly motivated and energetic Elisangela hails from Brazil and has been teaching dance professionality since 2008. She has taught Samba on Celebrity Strictly Come Dancing, and has appeared on BBC’S The One Show with Barry Manilow, ITV’s Alan Titchmash Show and Lorraine Kelly’s Good Morning Britain.

Elisangela has also performed as a Singer & Dancer with Paraiso School of Samba at the Southbank Festival, Notting Hill Carnival, London’s Lord Mayor Show, Hackney Carnival, Queen Elisabeth Olympic Park Carnival and the Seychelles Carnival with Notting Hill Road Show, and toured with the musical This is Brazil in France and at the Qatar Royal Family’s 8th Charity Dinner

Samira Schmidli


Restorative & Vinyasa Flow Yoga as a Registered RYT500 hours Yoga Teacher. As well as, CPD Fascia Fitness Trainer, Meditation, Pranayama, Stress Management, Chakra Work, Foundation in Philosophy / Psychology as a Registered Meditation Teacher RYT200 hours.

Samira is a skilled contemporary dancer and choreographer, she completed her training at the Laban Centre London ’97 and in 2000 fell in love with the Art of Yoga. She has been facilitating and teaching Restorative and Vinyasa Flow Yoga since 2008. Samira has a profound understanding for the way the body wants and needs to move. She has a keen interest in helping people discover the joy and freedom of movement and for helping them develop a beautifully healthy and peaceful relationship with their bodies and beings — however they find themselves to be.

Sally Jay


Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) – Advanced Instructor, CYQ Level 3 (Personal Training, Sports Conditioning and Exercise Referral with Specific Controlled Conditions), Speedo Aquatic Fitness, YMCAFit Keiser Spin Cycle, OCR Teaching and Coaching Exercise and Fitness, RSA Exercise to Music, Aerobics and Circuits, Fitpro Team Combat, Virgin Active Core Stability, NWA (Nordic walking) and Balanced Body qualification.

Sally is an experienced personal trainer and Pilates teacher. Her skill set includes exercise rehabilitation, sports conditioning and functional fitness. She has 13 years experience in the private and corporate sectors including team-building triathlon training.

With 7 years’ experience with the NHS working with specific conditions and post-operation, Sally is also a Nordic walking instructor and Adapted Sports coach.

All her programmes include Pilates for strong core stability.

Emmanuel Jean


Qualified: Sport Massage and Remedial therapies BTEC Level 5, Kinesiology taping, Dry needling

Emmanuel started his massage journey in 2011 and became a Sports and Remedial Massage therapist in 2014. This means that he can give you the appropriate treatment to get better and also give you advice on specific exercises and lifestyle changes to speed up your recovery or prevent any injury.

Although called sports massage, Emmanuel treats all sorts of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, such as general soreness, stiff neck, tight lower back and knee pain, and more.

During the season 2014/15, he was given the opportunity to treat the Saracens RFC rugby team (reigning European and England Champions).

Jesse Saunders


Yoga Allianz (UK), Acro Yoga (USA), Massage Practitioner Qualification (UK , New Zealand and Thailand)

Jesse is an experienced Yoga Teacher who specialises in Hatha Yoga and Acro Yoga. Thanks to his skills he also performs for Festivals and Parties. Jesse is also an established Massage Therapist. Certified in Thai Massage, Therapeutic Flying (spinal gravity release work) and Holistic Massage.

Ana Carvalho


Sports Therapy, Zumba, Polestar, Pilates

Born in Brazil and well known within dancing circles as a confident and experienced individual, Ana has been endeavouring in the art of dancing since an early age. A multi talented individual who teaches Pilates as part of her daily routine as well as different styles of dancing including Jazz, Contemporary and Latin to both professionals and novices. A passion for fitness inspired Ana to study a degree in Sports Therapy.
